We are so excited to announce the new collaboration with Concordia University and their Teen Entrepreneurship Academy! Their program will be held between July 13 and July 19 at Concordia University as well as our Teen CEO Bootcamp at the end of October 2014.
Those 2 events will serve as casting calls and auditions for all teens who are interested to participate in the Teen CEO SHOW Reality TV Show filming of the first episode in February 2015.
You will learn about entrepreneurship from successful and international entrepreneurs, and they will help you discover what are your dreams and how you can create a business around them, provide you different tools and strategies and mentor you along the way with all kins of programs included in Teen CEO Show.

Teen CEO TV Reality Show is a multi-faceted, family-oriented entertainment reality TV show. “We want to create more successful entrepreneurs, which is the future now, with many interactive opportunities, tasks and challenges, along with all kinds of business lessons from high quality mentors”, said Mike Jones, the creator of the TV show. A training group will also support all teenagers after the casting, even those who are not chosen for the TV show. This is a WIN-WIN opportunity for those who need direction in life!

The Pre-Show & Post-Show:
The format of the Show:
Filming will begin in July and October 2014 for the workshops/castings and the actual filming with the 12 teens selected will be in February 2015, with the help of our current sponsors and X, Y, & Z’s funding for the first 2-3 episodes.
Create a winner team of entrepreneurs for one project, who can start their business at the end of the show, with a variety of tools and strategies, including all kinds of sponsorhips to be up and running, marketing, branding, corporation and legal documents
An individual winner will also be chosen from all the participants, for their team spirit, collaboration and improvement during the show.
The Goal for Television:
To solidify National TV Networks & International licensing agreements, so we can repeat the process and replicate the idea in many other countries, changing youth, families, communities and future generations. A documentary maybe be also filmed during the show and the year after.
Jeff Hoffman is a successful entrepreneur and motivational speaker. In his career, he has been the founder of multiple startups, he has been the CEO of both public and private companies, and he has served as a senior executive in many capacities. Ernst Kuhlmann started his working career in clothing retail, after which he ventured into the corporate world knowing retail had limitations at his age. He kicked off his corporate career in a labour consultancy specializing in recruitment, labour relations and policy & procedure development. After a company merger, Ernst was exposed to more involved organisational development projects, where he not only became Sales Director, but also headed up a number of consulting and development projects for major blue-chip companies. He was a shareholder in Network Dynamics, but he needed to spread his wings and ventured into the marketing field having joined Media Republic. Here he started Club Republic as an experiential agency focusing on major national campaigns for a number of top brands. After a split in the partnership, Club Republic was rebranded as BLACK and has managed launch events, activations, brand development initiatives, CSI projects, Sponsorship opportunities and other strategic consultation.
Ernst has experience in different areas, including brand development, brand management, concept creation including national brand and product promotions as well national brand and product launch events, event management, strategy design, development and implementation. Stephen D. Christensen - School Coordinator and Curriculum Supervisor

Stephen is an entrepreneur catalyst and business start-up coach who passionately works to help people and organizations achieve their growth goals. He delights in training people to start new businesses. He is an encourager and certified entrepreneurship instructor who teaches entrepreneurship to MBA students at Concordia as well as special weekend Business Launch workshop at churches. In 2012, he founded of the internationally-recognized Teen Entrepreneur Academy, (www.cui.edu/tea) a one-week residential business start-up academy held each summer at Concordia University in Irvine, CA. Over 100 teenagers from 10 different states and 2 countries have participated. He is a frequent speaker and instructor in the business school and business/church communities teaching entrepreneurship and how to start and grow a business using best business practices and Biblical insights.
He is both an "intrepreneur" and entrepreneur who helped launch five enterprises: a business communications company, a private equity investment company, a roundtable program for CEOs, a non-profit ministry and an entrepreneurship training program. As a business and ministry leader, he draws upon his experiences in leadership, management, marketing and fund raising to design and implement new initiatives and innovative programs.
Since 2001, Stephen Christensen has served Concordia University as Executive Vice President and in January 2014 was selected as Dean of the School of Business. In 2007, he founded Faith and Work Life, (www.faithandworklife.org) a non-profit discipleship ministry that coordinates seminars, workshops and conferences designed to help Christians integrate their faith and their work. Stephen Christensen has 30-years’ experience working in higher education, starting in 1983 with University of California, Irvine (UCI) then serving Cal. State University San Bernardino, followed by serving as Executive VP at Chapman University.
Prof Kuofie is 1) a world renowned distinguished university executive, 2) a global business executive, and 3) a politician — a former United States Congressional candidate..
He holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from Oakland University, Michigan; an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, Illinois; and an MS in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, Virginia. He also holds a BS in Statistics and Mathematics .
Dr. Kuofie is a former United States Congressional candidate. He ran in the Michigan 9th Congressional District in the November 2, 2010 General Elections. Prof. Dr. Kuofie ran for the Beverly Hills, Michigan, United States, City (Village) Council during the November 4, 2008 United States General Election.
Dr. Kuofie facilitates financing of projects in countries all around the world and is also a renowned global consultant in business, management, marketing, and finance.. He is a member of the Madonna University Council for International Education, USA. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Garden City University College. He also serves as the president/executive director of the Global Strategic Institute, USA, the online educational branch of GSMI.
Shane Belceto inspires others and coaches others to be and do more.
